P.S: I am trying to explore different types of poetry.. this type is called : Diamante

This type of poetry is diamond in shape namely has 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 type of structure, where the number denotes the number of words. Also, they have to follow following rules:

  • First line: Noun or subject
  • Second line: Two Adjectives describing the first noun/subject
  • Third line: Three -ing words describing the first noun/subject
  • Fourth line: 4 words; two about the first noun/subject, two about the antonym/synonym
  • Fifth line: Three -ing words about the antonym/synonym
  • Sixth line: Two adjectives describing the antonym/synonym
  • Seventh line: Antonym/synonym for the subject
Hope you guys would also try this one :)
