Songs

A tune twirls, (3)
Deep within, lie ensconced;(6)
Few words traipse through the shadowed corners(9)
Awaiting your sweet symphony, awaiting you!(12)
Like the antiquated piano(9)
Songs that danced on my lips(6)
Forsaken(3)

Prompted at : Poefusion

Note: This is a triquain of the barest form. With the syllable structure as 3-6-9-12-9-6-3. It makes one set. We can have more than one stanza and extend it from that.

Nice job. And, you even tried the poetic form I posted. You've done well with both prompts. Have a nice day.

Well done. i like poems with form. If it doesn't have form, is it actually a poem?

lovely - a tune twirls - I like that though there is a touch of sadness with forsaken as the ending, just right for Monday Mural

Very well done and it worked so well in the poetic form that Poefusion posted. Very good imagery!
