You've got some big words going on here and perhaps it's the writers cry to his/her maker which is the starting point for this fine piece of poetry. I like the way you've used the re-verse verse and gently worded it to suit the mood.

This really makes it's point, but I think I'll stick with 'Bless me father for I have sinned'
